Sales Engineer (HubSpot)

Bayard Bradford is a fast-growing Elite HubSpot consulting partner specializing in driving growth for franchises and industrial/manufacturing companies. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales and Delivery to scope, design, and validate complex customer solutions, ensuring the right solutions are sold effectively.

Responsibilities

Partner with AEs on mid-to-late stage sales and lead technical discovery
Translate business needs into delivery-ready HubSpot solutions
Design future-state architectures and deliver tailored demos
Create clear scopes of work, estimates, and timelines
Bridge Sales and Delivery to ensure smooth handoffs and no surprises

Required

Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Engineer / Consultant / similar)
Strong discovery, solution design, and scoping skills
Experience with CRM, RevOps, and integrations
Comfortable in customer-facing sales environments
Experience working in the HubSpot platform as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Consultant
Strong background in technical discovery and solution design
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions
Experience creating scopes of work, implementation plans and timelines, and demo environments or proof-of-concepts
Comfortable working directly with customers in live sales environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM, RevOps, SaaS platforms, or systems integrations
Familiarity with APIs, data models, or system-to-system integrations
Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
