Responsibilities

Administer a multi-faceted training program that incorporates instructor-led training, computer-based training, and practical skill demonstration to achieve certification
Create and manage training schedules, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the department
Process training requests, conduct needs analysis, and resolve alignment with the business needs of the stakeholders
Communicate program activities and progress to leaders, team members, and stakeholders
Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and drive continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and assist in the development of new and improved training content
Promote the integration of programs into site processes

Required

Associates degree and UP
2+ years of experience as a training coordinator
Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes
Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
Strong organization skills able to coordinate large training projects
Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility
Basic understanding of technical concepts such as hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Preferred

Advanced project management skills, Project Management credentials or similar
