Mid LevelSRM Digital LLC is seeking a Serialization Packaging Support Engineer responsible for providing technical support and ensuring regulatory compliance for serialization systems across packaging lines. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing serialization hardware and software to meet global pharmaceutical regulations and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for serialization systems (vision systems, printers, scanners, PLCs) in a 24/7 support environment
Troubleshoot and resolve serialization-related issues on packaging lines
Execute IQ/OQ/PQ activities for serialization components and systems
Collaborate with automation and IT teams to integrate serialization systems with MES and SCADA
Support system integration, database management, and network connectivity
Ensure compliance with GMP, DSCSA, EU FMD, and other regulatory requirements
Participate in audits and prepare required serialization documentation
Manage incidents, changes, and deviations through established governance processes
Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
Analyze system performance data and recommend process optimization strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for serialization systems and procedures
Qualification
Required
Industrial automation and packaging line support
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Vision inspection systems, printers, scanners, and serialization hardware
SQL databases and network troubleshooting
SCADA systems and MES/OEM integrations
Pharmaceutical serialization solutions such as Systech, Antares, Seavision, and TraceLink
Hands-on experience with Systech Guardian, Advisor, and Centri systems
Knowledge of GMP processes, packaging qualification standards (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Familiarity with DSCSA, EU FMD, and other global serialization regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Effective cross-cultural communication
Ability to work independently as well as in global teams
