Meela Inc. is focused on building phone-based AI tools for older adults and their caregivers. They are seeking an Implementation and Growth Associate to lead the onboarding of their products in senior living communities, ensuring effective communication and training for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead on-site and remote launch activities for Meela product and services in senior living communities
Help residents understand the value and access Meela
Educate staff and care teams on the value of Meela and how they can support residents and family members
Collaborate with executive directors and community leadership to optimize adoption of Meela during initial and ongoing phases
Serve as the primary point of contact during launches
Track adoption metrics such as activation, utilization and resident satisfaction
Flag issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
Capture social media and promotional content to highlight Meela’s value
Support additional launch or community needs as they come up

Strong remote and in-person communication skills
Exceptional organization skills
Passion for working directly with older adults
Enjoys spending time in senior living or care settings

Experience working in senior living, healthcare settings
Social media and marketing coordination skills
Experience onboarding users or supporting implementations
Experience creating short-form social content
