Responsibilities

Support Content Strategy Coordinator weekly/monthly reporting by gathering performance learnings across platforms and organizing results into clear “what happened / so what / now what” takeaways
Identify common trends and creative patterns among top-performing content (hooks, formats, timing, CTAs, talent usage, storytelling structures)
Assist in evaluating content tied to ticketing and retail campaigns, tracking recurring patterns that drive action and engagement
Compile examples of strong-performing, revenue-related content and summarize what can be repeated, refined, or tested next
Assist Content Strategy Coordinator with data inputs and tagging consistency to ensure recaps and reporting are accurate and easy to interpret
Explore and document practical ways to use AI to improve workflow efficiency
Partner closely with the Content Strategy Coordinator to complete analysis tasks and maintain organized deliverables

Required

Interest in analytics, performance strategy, and learning how social/content is measured
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and organizing information clearly
Strong written communication (can summarize trends and findings in a clean, concise way)
Detail-oriented and able to follow naming/tagging conventions
Curious about AI tools and excited to test ways to improve efficiency
