Call Center Representative
CDW is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to support inbound member calls. The ideal candidate will have strong call center experience and excellent communication skills, with responsibilities focused on resolving member inquiries and providing a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Professionally answer inbound calls from members and respond to inquiries and complaints
Research required information using available tools and systems
Handle, document, and resolve member issues with accuracy and care
Guide members through available services and resources provided by the organization
Identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues to management when needed
Route calls to the correct subject matter expert or department queue
Perform follow-up with members as required
Complete detailed call notes before escalation or resolution
Gather and evaluate relevant call information to properly address concerns
Record all comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the system
Participate in special call-based projects or other assigned duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attendance and punctuality — reliability is essential
Prior customer service and call center experience (mandatory)
Exceptional verbal communication skills with proper grammar
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective during high-stress or emergency situations
Strict adherence to member confidentiality guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work the designated seasonal schedule
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Bilingual abilities (Spanish)
