Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Platform
Expert-level server-side JavaScript
Extensive experience with Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideDateTime)
Strong experience in Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs
Hands-on experience with REST APIs (Inbound/Outbound, RESTMessageV2)
Strong knowledge of ACLs, roles, and backend security
Experience with Flow Designer and backend automation
Solid understanding of CMDB data model
Preferred
CSA certification (Mandatory)
CAD certification (Preferred)
ITSM / ITOM backend experience
UI/Portal knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
