Responsibilities

Collaborate with Brand Account Managers to support influencer and UGC campaign goals
Manage creator discovery, outreach, and onboarding for 5–10 active brand campaigns
Use VideoForce.ai’s creator sourcing tools to identify, segment, and qualify creators aligned with each brand’s target audience
Maintain an organized database of creators and campaign details
Build relationships with creators through personalized communication and follow-ups
Partner with Customer Success to ensure creator content aligns with campaign objectives
Communicate progress, insights, and opportunities to internal teams and brand partners
