Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence across all departments
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and scalability
Optimize business processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting in collaboration with the finance team
Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved
Drive operational initiatives to improve customer experience, delivery quality, and overall client satisfaction
Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Evaluate and implement technologies and tools that enhance operational efficiency and data visibility
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies across all operations
Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, including operational integration when required

Required

Proven experience as a COO or senior operations executive in a fast-growing organization

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
