Responsibilities
Lead the digital marketing strategy across Rembrandt Charm’s owned channels, supporting both the core B2B business and a growing DTC ecommerce brand
Own the roadmap for driving traffic, engagement and conversion across organic social media, paid media and search
Continuously evolves digital marketing strategy to stay competitive incorporating platform trends, performance insights and emerging best practices
Develop and manage paid media strategies (Meta and Google) across search, social, and retargeting with clear goals tied to revenue, lead generation, and brand growth
Own day-to-day paid media management including budget pacing
Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Manage search marketing efforts, including keyword strategy, optimization, and performance tracking
Drive discoverability through content and storytelling on our owned channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X) for our core B2B business to position Rembrandt Charms as a consumer driven brand
Drive growth of the DTC ecommerce brand, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and repeat purchase
Champion brand consistency and elevated creative across all digital touchpoints
Brief and oversee creative assets, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and business objectives
Develops audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach key customer groups on the platforms where they are most active, while identifying opportunities to expand into new platforms
Create, publish, and test low-fi TikTok content to drive engagement, learnings and audience growth
Own digital performance reporting, translating data into clear insights for leadership at the campaign and monthly level
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to track growth, efficiency, and brand impact
Partner closely with sales, merchandising and creative teams to align digital efforts with broader business goals
Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus
4 -7 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid media, social, and search
Proven experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
Experience executing organic social media strategies and creating performance-driven content
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and full-funnel digital marketing
Experience supporting ecommerce growth
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, and sales teams
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present performance results to internal stakeholders
Preferred
Preferred experience in B2B marketing, wholesale, or retail-driven industries
Preferred experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
