FIAR Analyst
CSCI Consulting is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm seeking a FIAR Analyst to improve audit readiness for their elite Department of War client. The role involves preparing business process maps, advising on control improvements, liaising with auditors, and developing test plans for internal controls.

Responsibilities
Prepare or revise business process maps, narratives and process cycle memorandums
Advise client on improvement required in the design and effectivities of controls
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Collaborate with key command stakeholders to improve processes and controls
Develop test plans; assess and test internal controls
Qualification
Required
Eligible for Top Secret with SCI Clearance
1-2 years of Special Operations Forces Experience working in a joint environment. Experience may be within: FIAR budget and accounting support, FIAR logistical support, FIAR system Complementary User Entity Control (CUEC) support
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence
Preferred
Experience with GFEBS or GFEBS-SA ERPs
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Department of War Financial Management experience is a plus!
