Energy Services Engineer (Customer-Facing Role)

Responsibilities
Serve as the technical liaison for customers, explaining energy use and applications
Conduct engineering studies and prepare detailed reports on energy solutions
Manage inquiries related to billing, rates, and service for assigned customer segments
Support Account Executives with work order creation and coordination
Communicate company standards, policies, and contractual requirements to customers
Track and prioritize customer work requests, ensuring timely service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to implement distribution system modifications
Promote energy efficiency programs and identify opportunities for new business development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2+ years of experience with electro-technologies and end-use applications across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Strong customer focus
Problem-solving ability
Initiative
Valid driver's license
