The role involves designing embedded and IoT firmware systems, owning the firmware lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with global wireless and security standards.

Responsibilities
Design embedded and IoT firmware systems with a focus on security, power, and performance
Own the firmware lifecycle including development, production, and OTA updates
Work cross-functionally with hardware, cloud, product, and manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with global wireless and security standards (FCC, CE, RED)
Qualification
Required
Strong C/C++ experience on MCUs, MPUs, or SoCs
Deep knowledge of bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
Experience with wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread, Matter, Sub-GHz)
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTPS) and secure IoT systems
Solid debugging skills and comfort supporting hardware bring-up
Experience Level: 10+ years
