The Finance Intern will support the finance team through a structured capstone project, gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting within an industrial safety manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Partner with finance and cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) on ad hoc analyses
Assist in improving financial processes, templates, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, BI tools)
Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
