In this hybrid role, you will support accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A activities across multiple entities, while enhancing reporting processes and collaborating with sales and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities, prepare financial statements, and deliver variance and trend analysis
Maintain day-to-day GL functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and cash receipts and disbursements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders and sales teams
Assist external CPAs with audited financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory audit support
Enhance reporting processes, translate financial data into insights, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
2+ years of public accounting experience required
Solid understanding of GAAP and federal income tax accounting
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and captive insurance exposure preferred
Data visualization, VBA, and QuickBooks experience preferred
Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Work independently with limited supervision
Collaborate effectively across teams
