Responsibilities
Provide deep technical support for Anypoint Runtime Fabric (RTF). While you may not be doing the initial install, you must understand how to manage, scale, and troubleshoot RTF running on Kubernetes (specifically AWS EKS)
Design and implement System, Process, and Experience APIs, advocating for a Canonical Data Model at the System level to abstract legacy complexities (SOAP, Fixed-width) into standardized JSON
Build robust integrations between disparate systems, including legacy mainframes, modern SaaS (Salesforce), and specialized healthcare/government databases
Leverage deep AWS knowledge to secure data at rest and in transit. Implement security patterns using AWS KMS, IAM, Secrets Manager, and VPC configurations
Ensure all integrations comply with healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR) and government security protocols
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, and Anypoint Platform
Proven experience supporting RTF on Kubernetes
Familiarity with rtfctl, pod orchestration, and log forwarding
Strong proficiency in AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS) and a 'security-first' mindset (VPC Peering, Private Links, Certificate Manager)
Expertise in OAuth 2.0, SAML, Mutual TLS (mTLS), and OpenID Connect
Experience with JSON, XML, and ideally healthcare-specific formats like HL7 or FHIR
Preferred
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or Platform Architect (MCPA)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Security Specialty
Background in Federal or State government projects (understanding of FedRAMP/ATO processes)
