Greets, screens, and provides service to patients and visitors
Checks patients in for Imaging appointments
Assists in way-finding
Updates Radiologic Technologists on pertinent patient information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be customer driven
Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
Proficiency in computer data entry/keyboarding
Ability to use electronic medical records
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft software applications preferred (Word, Excel)
