Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify Identify and engage small business leads through outbound efforts, networking, and digital channels
Consult & Sell Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals that deliver value
Onboard & Transition Guide new clients through onboarding and hand off to the Customer Success team for ongoing support
Collaborate Across Teams Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and client satisfaction
Track & Report Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and handoff timelines
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the small business segment
Proven success in new customer acquisition
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with small business operations and challenges
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with onboarding and success teams in addition to external OEM partners
Entrepreneurial mindset and empathy for small business owners
Ability to simplify complex solutions for non-technical audiences
High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Open to and enthusiastic about leveraging innovative sales techniques—including AI—to enhance sales capabilities and drive performance
