Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain complex database structures, validation controls, and security protocols
Develop and manage dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analytics documentation
Apply data modeling and analysis techniques to enhance performance and efficiency
Monitor database standards and recommend improvements aligned with business and market needs
Investigate and resolve complex data and system-related issues
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Collaborate with clients to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies
Support training initiatives related to data modeling and database structure development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in data analysis or programming
Experience with data administration, data warehousing, and repository management
Strong experience in Population Health Management (PHM), HEDIS, and Healthcare Quality analytics
Experience collecting and reporting HEDIS data from claims, medical records, and EHR systems
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Knowledge of database security, authentication, and data governance frameworks
Experience working with relational databases and healthcare data platforms
