InternMerakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. They are seeking a Therapist Intern for their Mt. Airy Ave Clinic in Philadelphia, PA, where the intern will be a primary member of a treatment team delivering therapy services and coordinating care.

Coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor
Initiates active engagement of clients
Promotes retention
Provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Master's level program in a related field
Ability to deliver therapy services (individual, couple, and family)
Experience or knowledge in conducting intake assessments
Experience or knowledge in facilitating group therapy
Ability to coordinate care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor
Skills in engaging clients actively and promoting retention
Ability to provide therapy to individuals suffering from mild to severe forms of mental illness
