Responsibilities
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
Interpret trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to support business objectives
Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and cost management
Support strategic planning by contributing analysis, forecasts, and operational insights
Evaluate productivity, quality, and customer service metrics to inform business strategies
Identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements, and revenue growth
Assist with Excel-based reporting and ad hoc data analysis as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2–3 years of experience analyzing datasets and producing comprehensive reports
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in SQL
Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio experience
Experience with data collection, data mapping, and relational databases
Ability to define and improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes
Experience training or mentoring others on data-related tools or processes
1–2 years of direct hire recruiting or staffing industry experience (preferred)
