1+ years expConfidential company is currently seeking an Associate to support all aspects of the private equity investment lifecycle. The role focuses on evaluating complex lower middle‑market to upper middle‑market businesses including majority and minority growth‑focused leveraged buyouts.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed industry and company research using platforms such as Salesforce, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and FactSet
Support transaction execution, including due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and financing processes
Perform granular company analyses, including customer cohort analysis, revenue composition, unit economics, and key financial metrics (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA)
Build and maintain advanced financial models for leveraged buyouts, take‑privates, mergers, and minority/growth equity investments
Prepare investment committee materials, including memos and presentations
Assist with ongoing monitoring, analytics, and strategic initiatives for existing portfolio companies
Qualification
Required
12–18 months of experience at a top‑tier investment bank
Strong analytical skill set with the ability to execute detailed financial and operational analyses
Proficiency in building complex financial models across a range of transaction types (LBOs, take‑privates, dividend recaps, minority investments)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior stakeholders
