Engage customers inside retail locations to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on daily campaign updates, team meetings, and client relations
Analyze customer behavior and retail traffic patterns to support targeted sales strategies
Coordinate retail promotions and brand initiatives with internal leaders and external partners
Serve as a brand ambassador and retail sales representative on the sales floor
Support additional team and client initiatives as the campaign grows
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Confidence engaging customers and navigating sales conversations
Interest in marketing trends, retail promotions, and brand engagement
A desire for growth with clear advancement into leadership and management
Preferred
