Create packaging, branding, and selling materials that demand attention and make our beers impossible to ignore
Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand
Juggle multiple designs with precision, always hitting deadlines while pushing creative boundaries
Lead with fresh ideas by staying tapped into the latest trends and techniques
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2+ years of experience in design (packaging experience is a huge plus)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and obsessed with visual storytelling
A visionary with a portfolio that shows off bold, impactful designs
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
A problem-solver with razor-sharp attention to detail and the ability to pivot when needed
A team-first mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset - you want the team to win, and you're ready to lead the charge
