This role will oversee resource planning, scheduling, technology optimization, training, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead staffing, scheduling, and global resource planning for Tax and SBA teams
Manage operational systems, data dashboards, and workflow optimization
Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Oversee onboarding, training, and annual performance reviews
Collaborate with leadership on M&A integrations and firmwide strategic projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Public accounting operations or Tax operations experience
Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Power BI, Workday, Axcess, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Preferred
Master's or CPA preferred
