Responsibilities
The Bartender makes drinks, takes and delivers food orders and performs all duties that pertain to keeping the bar running smoothly
Clean and wash the full bar area, including refrigerators, beer coolers, etc
Sweep and mop bar floors
Unload, organize and store bar supplies
Remove garbage and wash garbage cans
Complete all tasks in a timely and thorough manner
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience working with the public
Reliable team player with a pleasant attitude
High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Sound knowledge beverages and drink mixing
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings and weekends
Preferred
Some experience working in a bar preferred
