The Solutions Consultant plays a key role in the pre and post-sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives to configure and demonstrate products that meet client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Interface with executives, senior management, and clients within and outside the organization
Manage and set customers’ expectations during the software buying cycle
Provide direction and knowledge in applying Centerbase Software benefits to law firm partners, timekeepers, and firm admins
Outlining the value of the Centerbase platform during live presentations and software demonstrations
Working with and supporting Account Executives through the entire sales cycle from initial demonstrations, deep-dive technical sessions, customer training, and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction
Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues
Work with product management to provide feedback about requested product enhancements from customers and prospects
Share with other Solutions Consultants best practices and create re-usable assets to improve the quality and efficiency of the team
Support events and customer activities including conferences, online communities, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field, is required
2 or more years of related experience with complex software applications including requirements analysis, design, and documentation is a plus
Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into elegant written, spoken, and visual communications
Ability to facilitate discussions, lead meetings and present to large, cross-functional groups
Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems
Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments
Demonstrable “do whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done
Demonstrable ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment
Preferred
Background in law firm business practices and workflows is a plus but not required
Understanding of accounting and billing practices is also a plus but not required
