Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and delivers training programs and initiatives by assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, deploying e-learning, facilitating virtual or in person training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness
Applies instructional design, project management expertise and training delivery skills to enhance employee knowledge and skills, support professional development, and contribute to organizational learning
This role primarily supports HR Shared Services and Enterprise Compliance training needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of learning & development and/or instructional design experience for adult learners
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at project management
Adept at collaboration, stakeholder management and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Preferred
Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualifications or equal years of working experience may be considered
