Supervisor - Tumor Institute Research
Covenant Health is seeking a highly organized Research Coordinator to provide comprehensive research and administrative support for active studies within the Tumor Institute. The role involves coordinating research activities, collaborating with investigators, and supporting financial performance, while also contributing to the integrity of research initiatives.

Responsibilities
Independently coordinate research and administrative activities in support of assigned research studies
Collaborate closely with study investigators and supervisors to identify and resolve study-related issues
Provide backup coverage for other Research Coordinators as needed
Support departmental financial performance through budgeting, billing, and related activities as directed
Develop specialized research instruments and assist with the preparation of scientific manuscripts and presentations, as applicable
Train other Research Coordinators in the proper conduct of research studies and participate in quality control activities as assigned
Demonstrate a high level of productivity and independence consistent with advanced research coordination responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in science, healthcare, or other related field --or-- Significant experience in a supervisory capacity
7 years of experience in related area
Preferred
Upon hire: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or similar professional research certification
