Office Assistant
Catchment Capital is seeking an Office Assistant to support their daily administrative affairs and office operations. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining an efficient office environment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for daily office tasks, including document organization, filing, and data entry
Answering phone calls, managing emails, and receiving visitors, maintaining a positive company image
Assisting with meeting arrangements, including meeting room booking, meeting material preparation, and meeting minutes
Responsible for office supplies procurement, inventory management, and expense reimbursement process follow-up
Assisting superiors with administrative support tasks, such as travel arrangements and schedule management
Coordinating communication between departments, following up on task progress, and ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
Maintaining a clean office environment and supporting the organization and execution of company events or training
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or above, preferably in administrative management, secretarial studies, or a related field
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Preferred
At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or as an office assistant is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome
Basic English communication skills
Experience in cross-departmental coordination or customer service
Familiarity with corporate administrative processes or human resources support work
