Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product costs by product line
Maintain standard costs and support cost rollups
Allocate labor and overhead to jobs and work orders
Maintain BOM and routing cost integrity
Track direct and indirect labor
Compare paid hours to scanned hours
Analyze labor variances
Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Investigate inventory variances
Support bin location systems and part master accuracy
Track manufacturing overhead variances
Support monthly close
Support ERP implementation and optimization
Create POs, sales orders, and release work orders to production
Part number creation, mapping and upload to ERP
Work alongside Operations to create laminated pictures of parts with part number, description and put in manufacturing’s inventory locations
Assist with AP coding and general vouchers
Ensure proper classification of vendor invoices

Inventory and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2–10 years manufacturing cost accounting experience
ERP experience in manufacturing
Strong Excel skills
