Junior Sales Representative

BradyPLUS is seeking a Junior Sales Representative responsible for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities to grow revenue and requires working with the local CRM and following sales processes to enhance the division's performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of small accounts within an assigned territory
Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
Conduct quarterly ride-along visits with senior sales representatives to observe best practices, support customer engagements, and strengthen field sales skills
Participate in ongoing, required quarterly industry training to stay current on products, market trends, and compliance standards
Increase product knowledge to help customers navigate alternatives and avoid potential pitfalls
Sets sales and gross margins goals for the territory, develops, and implements sales programs and helps develop, drive, and support corporate programs and strategy
Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new products, promotions, and solutions
Prospect and onboard new customers to expand the customer base
Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, pricing, and product availability
Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and market trends
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns when needed

Required

High School Diploma required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
Strong time-management skills and personal work ethic
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple accounts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver's license

Preferred

college degree in sales/marketing or business
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (distribution or B2B preferred)
Salesforce experience a plus
