Executive Assistant
Northwest Partners is supporting a major initiative in the insurance space and is looking for an experienced executive assistant to contribute to the success of this work. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior technology leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior technology leaders and management teams
Prepare and maintain presentations, documents, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle expense reporting and administrative coordination related to departmental operations
Work with highly confidential information while exercising discretion and sound judgment
Coordinate complex administrative activities across multiple organizational units
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external contacts
Support departmental initiatives and contribute to overall team effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience providing executive administrative support to senior leaders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience drafting professional and diplomatic correspondence
Strong background managing calendars, presentations, travel, and expense reporting tools
Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and deadlines
Professional communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions
Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
