Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
Proficiency in using relevant software tools for operations and financial management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
Proven experience in a senior leadership position within the construction or related industries is highly desirable
