Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for power distribution, lighting, controls, and life safety systems
Develop, review, and approve drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
Oversee project engineers, assign tasks, and conduct quality reviews
Support proposals, scope development, scheduling, and budget planning
Manage risk, resource allocation, and design coordination across projects
Assess existing conditions, support construction documentation, and monitor project progress
Review submittals, RFIs, change requests, and project closeout activities
Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet organizational standards
Contribute technical expertise to client presentations, reports, and industry publications
Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers
Contribute to internal standards, processes, and operational improvements
Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Lead complex electrical engineering projects for high-reliability commercial and hyperscale data center facilities
