Responsibilities

Serve as Senior Exploitation Analyst authority for a U.S. Cyber Command Cyber Mission Forces’ Combat Mission Team
Primary advisor to the Combat Mission Team Task Force Commander on the identification, analysis, and potential exploitation of foreign computer networks supporting U.S. executive and national-level objectives
Lead and/or influence cyber effects operations planning, organization, direction, integration and execution against adversary networks, systems, technologies, operations, and missions
Focal point for cyber-integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities to collect, process, exploit, and disseminate accurate and timely Title 50 information
Provide battle space awareness necessary for combatant commanders to forecast, plan and initiate Title 10 cyberspace operations
Comply with NSA/CSS, Department of Defense, USAF and other national agency doctrine, laws, and directives

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current “Top Secret” Security clearance with eligibility to gain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Incumbent may be subject to psychological screening / polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position
This position is designated as a Drug Test Designated Position
Must have at least a bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in an intelligence-related or professional/scientific related field
Incumbent must complete all training requirements and position qualifications in accordance with Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (Air Force) policy
The incumbent may be required to participate in short-term CONUS or OCONUS TDY travel via military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty
Employee must be able to complete all pre-deployment (TDY) training required for the theater of operations
This may include nuclear, chemical, and biological defense training

Preferred

Completion of the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC)
Knowledge of the wide range of exploitation analytics and integrated operations spanning cyberspace network operations disciplines, methodologies, exploitation methods, techniques, and practices
In-depth knowledge and ability to leverage multi-source intelligence information to enable the capture and dissemination of data impacting national security
Thorough ability to employ national intelligence community, Joint, DOD, USCYBERCOM et.al. cyber elements to enable Combat Mission Team functions and operations
Extensive knowledge and experience in policy interpretation and an ability to weigh risk and establish courses of action that commit resources impacting computer network operations (CNO)
Extensive knowledge and technical experience of the full range of USCYBERCOM, NSA/CSS computer network exploitation (CNE)-related apparatus of operational systems capabilities, limitations, associated resources, and tasking
A comprehensive knowledge of NSA/CSS target areas of responsibility (AORs) is recommended
Extensive knowledge and familiarity of operational intelligence activities, missions, goals, and objectives and how they interrelate at tactical and national levels
Incumbent must demonstrate strategic planning, budgeting, and manpower skills necessary to meet Task Force leadership expectations
Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of advanced intelligence collection, analysis, exploitation and data dissemination principles, concepts, and methods
In-depth knowledge of DOD Joint Staff, USCYBERCOM, and Combatant Command (COCOM) guidance and processes spanning cyber efforts operations (CEO), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Information Warfare (IW) realms
Mastery knowledge and experience with complex technology related to computers, digital networks, and computer networking
Comprehensive ability to analyze unusual telecommunications conditions, problems, questions, or conditions associated with formulating projects or studies to substantially alter major telecommunications systems
A comprehensive ability to advise on, and train others in the technology is required
In depth skills and experience at conducting unbiased, timely, and complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources
Extensive comprehension and capability in producing and processing exploitation technological requirement assessments that satisfy specific tasks and link and/or leverage multiagency capabilities in support of USCYBERCOM, COCOM consumers, customers and clients
Extensive knowledge and experience in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing
Expertise in problem/task resolution, independent writing of clear and concise intelligence products, and the delivery of written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences at 16 AF, USCYBERCOM, NSA/CSS, US Departments of State, DOD, etal. that drive national-level outcomes
Comprehensive and independent skill in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work to meet changing deadlines; to gather, assemble, and analyze facts; conduct analysis, draw conclusions, and devise recommended solutions to complex technical issues
Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decision, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively
Knowledge of safety, physical security, and information security regulations, practices, and procedures
