Responsibilities
Interact with both commercial and residential property owners
Secure the property, clean and dry, and assist in content restoration and rebuilds
Make contact with individuals responsible for hiring the company for cleaning and repair services
Empathetically walk prospects through the restoration process
Respond 24/7 to calls whenever a fire or flood occurs
Qualification
Required
At least one year of outside sales and cold calling is required
Must possess the empathy to counsel property owners through the trauma of a fire or flood
Ability to close the sale right then
Willing to respond 24/7
