Responsibilities

Provide escalation technical support for ABB Robotics products, systems, and software via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues in robotics and automation systems
Analyze customer problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and field service teams to resolve complex issues
Document cases, solutions, and best practices in internal support systems
Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting response time and quality targets

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years' experience, Associate's Degree and 6+ years' experience OR High School Degree and 8+ years' experience
4+ years of previous technical support, field service, or engineering experience working with Industrial Robotics, PLCs, or automation systems
You are immersed in and enjoy working with Robotics and Automation; experience in technical support, field service, or industrial automation
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Willingness to travel 10-20%
You are at ease communicating in English, Spanish is a plus
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Preferred

Experience with ABB Robotics products is preferred
Programming Experience, such as robot programming, or scripting in industrial or technical environments preferred
