Responsibilities
Assist in profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects
Ground-up and renovation
Scheduling subcontractors as well as serving as an owner liaison
Project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or P6)
Risk management plan development and financial risk management
Creating preliminary schedules, determining bid strategy and solicitation, detecting potential constructability issues, leading transition to operations, and managing buyout process
Personnel management
Supervising and managing RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, procurement, and owner training
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
Five years' experience in performing construction project management
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five years' experience, a Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field and three years' experience in performing construction project management
Experience in ground-up and renovation
Experience in scheduling subcontractors as well as serving as an owner liaison
Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or P6)
Experience in risk management plan development and financial risk management
Experience in creating preliminary schedules, determining bid strategy and solicitation, detecting potential constructability issues, leading transition to operations, and managing buyout process
Experience in personnel management
Experience in supervising and managing RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, procurement, and owner training
