Bilingual Support Technician -French Speaking

Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and portal
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Manage support tickets in line with SLAs
Work closely with teams such as Onboarding, Technical Success, and Sales
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical or customer support
Fluent French speaking skills; business and technical proficiency
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows environments, SQL Server and/or Oracle
A customer-first, solution-oriented mindset
