Payroll Manager
Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Payroll Manager to manage and oversee their Payroll System and staff. The role involves ensuring compliance with payroll laws, managing a team of analysts, and collaborating with various departments on payroll-related matters.

Maintains knowledge of payroll laws and regulations related to taxes on all levels, tax treaties, W2 processing, FLSA and DOL regulations, and best/leading practices for payroll systems and technology
Manages the Payroll team of analysts including 2 Seniors and 5 Analysts
Collaborates with Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Legal Services teams on all payroll related items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, related field, or equivalent experience, required
7 years of experience Human Resources, required
Three years management experience, required
Demonstrated experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, required
Maintains knowledge of payroll laws and regulations related to taxes on all levels, tax treaties, W2 processing, FLSA and DOL regulations, and best/leading practices for payroll systems and technology
Manages the Payroll team of analysts including 2 Seniors and 5 Analysts
Collaborates with Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Legal Services teams on all payroll related items
Preferred
5 or more years of payroll experience, in a Healthcare setting, preferred
Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules preferred
Master's degree preferred
