New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is hiring for one of their clients in the cement and construction materials industry. The Terminal Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of terminal equipment and daily terminal functions.

Responsibilities
Operate terminal equipment safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading of products
Maintain terminal buildings and equipment in good condition
Perform quality control checks and ensure products meet specifications
Handle customer interactions professionally and provide excellent service
Follow internal controls to prevent fraud and protect company resources
Unload barges or railcars, transfer products into silos, and conduct sampling/testing
Load bulk unit trucks with proper weights and products for delivery
Use terminal equipment safely, including vibrators, compressors, front-end loaders, pumps, and pneumatic systems, with appropriate training
Troubleshoot terminal equipment issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety practices
Perform additional tasks as directed by terminal management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in terminal operations or related fields
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP
High mechanical aptitude and ability
Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces; accommodations available for medical or religious needs
