Strategy and Transformation Manager

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Manager to drive strategic transformation activities across the enterprise. This role will work closely with business leaders to support execution across Transformation Workstreams, ensuring consistent methodology application and effective communication of progress.

Travel

Responsibilities

Drive the TMO process for assigned Workstreams, including organizing and leading weekly check-ins, tracking progress, identifying risks, clarifying questions from the teams, and tracking and ensuring accountability for next steps
Ensure consistent application of the Transformation framework and methodology, including governance cadence, business case rigor, and milestone tracking
Prepare and deliver analyses, presentations, and executive materials for TMO leadership and SteerCos, summarizing insights, progress, risks, and recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Workstream leads, Finance, HR, and other departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and constructively challenge plans
Maintain transformation tools and dashboards (e.g., reporting templates, performance trackers, issue logs) and contribute to continuous improvement of TMO processes

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field)
At least 6 months of experience in management consulting (Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms such as BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Kearney, Accenture, etc.) or corporate strategy / transformation positions
PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
Proven transformation program and initiative portfolio management skills
Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise summaries with additional supporting detail
Proven experience building financial models and roadmaps
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of effectively leading meetings with senior stakeholders and building trusted, cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to present ideas and influence leadership using data, expert input, and research
Strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and drive innovative, forward-looking solutions in a constructive way
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently across all levels of the enterprise, both locally and internationally
