Territory Sales Manager

Transource Inc is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned OEM brands. The role focuses on customer relationship development and deal management, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to analyze market information.

Responsibilities

Focus attention on retention and satisfaction of assigned accounts in the territory through regular communication, frequent reviews of service, and gauging client on how the relationship is going
Grow new vehicle market share and overall business volume for company related to the OEM brand in assigned territory
Maintain updated market information related to customer registration performance and end customer contacts
Coordinate with the sales administration team to process needed deal information from order through delivery documentation
Maintain all required OEM sales training. Attend all internal sales trainings and meetings
Continually study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of the product being sold
Partner with the marketing department to provide good marketing information for your current and potential customer base
Be able to demonstrate inventory to customer, potentially including test drives. Coordinate pre-delivery inspection and detailing of all new vehicles
Develop & maintain a pipeline of prospects and new accounts through in person sales calls and prospecting via the telephone
Develop sales plans, analyze the profitability of accounts, fully understanding the competitive influences and risks within each account
Demonstrate problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team
Flexibility to operate and be self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Perform all other duties assigned by manager
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies, federal, state and local laws

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field of study
3 years of sales related experience
