Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
Identify and engage decision-makers at target companies and potential partners
Qualify opportunities and pass sales-ready leads to Account Executives with strong context and momentum
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine ideal customer profiles, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Track outreach activity and pipeline metrics in CRM tools
Continuously test and iterate messaging, channels, and processes to improve performance

Required

1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or early-career sales roles, ideally within SaaS, ecommerce, or technology environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working in ambiguity and excited to help build processes from the ground up
Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and advance within a startup environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
