ProSource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the Owner. This role involves a variety of administrative and personal support tasks, requiring strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
Handle phone and email communication professionally
Maintain inventory systems, manage deliveries and shipments
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Conduct research and assist with client projects
Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers
Design marketing materials and oversee social media content
Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns

Required

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Graphic design experience (Photoshop preferred; Canva or Figma acceptable)
Marketing: 2 years (Required)

Preferred

Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
Ability to lift delivery boxes up to 50 lbs and transfer inventory to shelves

Experience with Google Ads
Experience managing CRM systems
SEO management experience
Marketing experience
CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)
