Payroll Clerk
Connect Search, LLC is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist for a reputable company in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role involves entering and maintaining employee data, processing payroll adjustments, and managing various payroll-related tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee data for new hires, rehires, transfers, and terminations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Calculate and administer vacation, sick, and other paid/unpaid time off accruals
Process payroll adjustments including overtime, shift premiums, bonuses, expense reimbursements, and manual checks
Manage wage garnishments, child support orders, unemployment verifications, and withholding changes
Process payroll changes related to wages, schedules, and benefit enrollments
Review timekeeping transactions to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Coordinate and reconcile 401(k) deferrals between payroll and retirement vendors
