Responsibilities

Perform fluid concentration adjustments, filter installation, fluid, and oil maintenance on required equipment
Perform preventative maintenance & repair on a variety of support equipment and machines
Perform technical calibrations utilizing basic measuring equipment, as necessary
Install, start-up and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and utilize LOTO procedures where required along with following OSHA requirements
Seek assistance from and communicate with higher ranking technicians, as necessary
Communicate & work with cross functional departments, as necessary
Maintains work orders in CMMS program
Continually seek to improve processes
Comply with all company quality and safety standards including PPE requirements
Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance or repair
Ability to demonstrate basic level of mechanical ability
Ability to solve problems that arise in a manufacturing environment without direct supervision
Ability to use various hand-held and electronically powered tools
Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization, including operations, engineering, and management, and to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to receive direction from manager, supervisor or technical leads
Ability to read and write in English, do basic arithmetic, and follow printed and computer-screen instructions
Ability to uphold strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work overtime and outside set hours as needed
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

Preferred

Associates degree or certificate in technical field
