Qualification

Ability to think outside the box
Experience working collaboratively to support individuals with intellectual disabilities
Knowledge of Assistive Technology that supports communication, participation, independence, and quality of life
Experience working closely with individuals, families, and support staff
Understanding of the UNCRPD and its implications for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Relevant qualifications in health and social care or related fields
Ability to work in a progressive and evolving organisation
