Tech Mahindra Business Process Services is looking for a highly skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Fireapps application and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA. The consultant will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring collaboration between SAP teams and external vendors while delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

Lead functional consulting activities for Fireapps application integration with SAP S/4 HANA
Collaborate with SAP teams and Fireapps vendors to design, configure, and implement integration solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate integration processes and workflows
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality assurance of deliverables
Provide functional expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and integration points
Act as a liaison between business users, SAP teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication
Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to integration processes

Required

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
